Description: Barriss Offee, Asajj Disguise
Prefix: DS
Detachment: The Flagship Eclipse Detachment
Context: The Clone Wars
Barriss Offee was a Jedi apprentice during the Clone Wars whose wavering faith in the Jedi Order led her down the path of the Dark Side. After stealing Asajj Ventress's double saber hilts, Barriss disguised herself as the former Sith apprentice to betray her friend and fellow apprentice, Ahsoka Tano, by framing Ahsoka for the bombing of the Jedi Temple.

| Required Costume Components
|
|
The following costume components are present and appear as described below.
|
|
|
|
Helmet
- The helmet is a metallic gunmetal grey with weathering along the edges.
- The cheeks are concave and create an inner edge with the main faceplate.
- The forehead has four (4) small slits, two (2) on each side, that angle slightly towards the center.
- There are faded yellow designs on the face and top that are heavily weathered with a light grey undercoat visible.
- Two (2) ornate mirrored designs are located on the left and right side of the forehead that extend almost to the top of the head, with pointed stalks at the top.
- The sides, nose bridge, and top of the head are also painted to match reference shapes, with the top of the head matching reference shape.
- There are two (2) circular ear caps with two (2) smaller concentric circles and an upside down, "V" in the center of the cap.
- The innermost concentric circle is set inside the cap while the outermost concentric circle angles away from the cap.
- The ear caps are raised from the sides of the helmet.
- The snout has a dark teal plate with three slits, two smaller on the side.
- The plate has a squared bottom edge and a rounded upper edge.
- The back of the helmet has a plate that extends between the bottom of the ear caps and sits under the top of the helmet.
- There are three (3) horizontal lines that run parallel, with the upper line sitting flush to the top plate.
- The visor is dark and hides the wearer's eyes.

|
Balaclava
- The black balaclava is form-fitting and hides the costumer's face and neck.
|
|
|
|
Cape
- The cape is made of a matte black and medium weight material such as gaberdine or suiting fabric.
- The cape is lined with the same material.
- The cape's hood has a heart-shaped profile, and is big enough to fit over and extend beyond the helmet at the forehead.
- The front of the cape is slightly longer than the back.
- The back bottom hem reaches to the middle of the calf, while the front reaches halfway down the shin.
- The hood is secured at the base of the neck, with a brooch hiding the attachment.

Brooch
- The brooch is tarnished silver and horizontally rectangular in shape.
- There are small detail lines etched into the brooch.
- A vertical line runs down the center, with both ends ending at the same point as both rectangles on the sides.
- Vertical rectangles sit on either side of the center line, and have angled lines that are mirrored.

|
Bodysuit
- The bodysuit is made of a stretchy matte black material that is form fitting.
- The detailing of the bodysuit is a black leather or leather-like material.
- There is a mandarin collar with piping on both the top and bottom seams of the collar.
- The yoke extends from mid-chest to the back, with both ends level to one another.
- There is double piping around the exterior edge of the yoke.
- There are eight (8) horizontal seams extending from the front to the back of the yoke.
- The front hidden zipper detail extends down to the belt, and is wider through the upper half.
- The forearm sections are oblong and follow the shape of the wearer's forearms.
- The forearm sections sit on the outer part of the forearms and extend from above the elbows to just before the wrists.
- There are twelve (12) horizontal seams and piping around the edges.
- There is a larger gap between the upper seam and the top of the section.
- The thigh sections are oblong and follow the shape of the wearer's thigh.
- The thigh sections sit on the outer part of the thighs and extend from below the hip to 3/4 of the way down the thigh.
- There are twelve (12) horizontal seams and piping around the edges.
- There is a larger gap between the upper seam and the top of the section.

|
Gloves
- The gloves are made of a leather or lather-like material and are wrist length.
- There are no visible designs, logos, or strapping.
- The sleeves of the bodysuit fit into the gloves.

|
|
Belt
- The belt is made of a 1/2" thick matte black material such as high density rubber, and is 3" high, and has a seamless attachment.
- The buckle is a rigid gloss black material and is approximately 3 1/2" high, 3/4" thick, and 6" wide.
- The edges of the buckle are rounded.
- There is an indented line that runs parallel to the border of the buckle, and a vertical angled line extending to the left and down from the center of the buckle that matches the details of the brooch rectangles.
- There are three (3) belt boxed measuring 3.2" high, 1.4" wide, and .5" thick.
- Two (2) boxes sit on the right and one (1) sits on the left of the buckle.
- There is a simplified Covertec clip on the left side measuring 2" high and 3" wide, with only the flat face and the back of the clip used.
- There are two (2) belt clips measuring 3.5" high, .75" wide, and .5" thick.
- The top and bottom of the clips overlap the belt, with the top fitting flush to the belt and the bottom overhanging slightly.

Boots
- The boots are a matte black suede leather or leather-like material.
- The boots reach just below the knee, and have no visible zippers on the outside, back, or front of the boot.
- There is a "Y" detail made of a bluish/black suede leather or leather-like material that extends from the toe of the boot to the arch of the foot, and then up the front of the boot to the upper edge.
- The calves have an over-accentuated point shape.
- The toe is squared off with a 1/2" difference between the big and little toe.
- The soles are a 3/4" platform with a D-shaped 5" heel that angles in towards the arch.

| Optional Accessories
|
|
Items below are optional costume accessories. These items are not required for approval, but if present appear as described below. If adding in an accessory after initial approval, the item still needs to be submitted to local GML for approval before use.

|
Lightsabers
- The twin hilts resemble the established curved design for the Clone Wars version of Asajj Ventress. They may not be attached together into a saber staff design, only carried separately.
- If the lightsabers have blades, the blades are red in color.
